This app is intended for general audiences and is primarily used to view news, participate in polls, and submit complaints to a selected municipality. The app is not directed toward children.
Our app is not designed for use by children under the age of 13. We do not actively verify the age of users, but we expect that users are of appropriate age to engage with public content and communication tools responsibly.
Users may post comments and submit complaints.
All comments are immediately visible to other users. However, comments are actively monitored by our administrative team.
Inappropriate comments, including those containing harmful, abusive, or exploitative material, will be removed as soon as detected.
Users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines will be permanently banned.
Complaint submissions (which may include images) are only visible to the administrative team and are reviewed internally to ensure they do not contain inappropriate material.

Any user found to be sharing CSAM will be immediately banned, and the material will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
All uploaded complaints are monitored manually by administrators to ensure compliance with this policy.
